Booking Conditions

• 1. All bookings are subject to availability.
• 2. Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
• 3. Customer must provide correct personal details (Name, ID proof, contact number).
• 4. Any changes in travel date, time, or route depend on availability and company approval.

Payment Terms

• 1. Advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.
• 2. Full payment must be cleared before the start of the journey.
• 3. Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted modes.
• 4. Any delay in payment may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation Policy

• 1. Cancellation request must be informed to Piyush Tour and Travels at least 24 hours before the journey time.
• 2. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before departure will not be accepted.
• 3. Cancellation will be considered valid only after confirmation from the company.

Refund Policy

• 1. Refund will be processed only if cancellation is informed minimum 24 hours in advance.
• 2. Eligible refund amount (if any) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• 3. Refund will be made through the same payment mode used during booking
• 4. No refund will be provided for no-show or last-minute cancellations
